Welcome! We're so glad to host you! Please be aware of the following rules so that everyone can have a safe and enjoyable stay.
EARLY CHECK-INS are not guaranteed. Please note that our check-in time is 3 pm and any early check-ins will need to be manually approved. We will do our best to accommodate, but obviously we need to allow enough time for cleaning and any maintenance to be done before your stay. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved.
LATE CHECKOUTS must be approved. If you stay one hour past your 11 am check out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for that listing's base nightly rate without discounts. Our cleaning staff needs to be prompt in order to service our next guests
MAINTENANCE Understand that we are at the mercy of the property management maintenance team for most general “fix-it” requests. We ask that all our guests are patient and understanding in regard to this. If a previous guest has damaged something minor and we were unable to fix it before check in, it will be reported to the maintenance team.
PETS are not allowed, if found you will be fined $350.
KEYS In the event we need to provide a physical key or key fob and it is not returned or is damaged in any way, a $50 fee will occur. If the Schlage lock is damaged by a guest, it is $300 to replace it.
SMOKING This is a non-smoking property. This includes vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $275 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
PARTIES We enforce a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, or disrespect the property, you are breaking the rules, will be fined $200 and may be asked to leave.
EXTRA GUESTS Please note, we have room to sleep 4 guests in this property. In respect to our neighbors, we would ask that extra guests be limited. Additional guests after 4 may incur a $25 fee per person per night.
LIABILITY While every precaution is taken so that you may enjoy your stay, guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, please understand that you are assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises. If you notice anything that presents a danger, please notify us so that we may address it in a timely manner.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if you harass/verbally abuse our staff or neighbors.
No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin.
Make sure to turn off the lights.
Don’t forget to lock the door.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.
